The feat was followed by New Zealand's Sophie Devine in the same tournament, against Ireland, while her power-packed innings of seven fours & three sixes saw her team win comprehensively in 7.3 overs while chasing 79 runs.
Most recently, the 2023 edition included the name of Alice Capsey of England. Her blistering knock included ten fours & a six striking at 231.81 and gave her team comfortable victory in 14.2 overs chasing a target of 105 runs.

Fastest 50 in 25 Balls

Deandra Dottin of the West Indies not only recorded the feat of fastest 50 in Women's T20 World Cup but also became the first woman to score a T20 century in the same match in 2010 against South Africa. She ran hurricane of boundaries with nine sixes, putting a match-winning total of 175 runs.
